When you engage with Duely as a client, prospect or supplier, your data will be used for:

• Business correspondence and engagement

When you visit our website, your data will be used for:

• The basic functionality of our website
• The analysis of the use and traffic on our website

When you apply for a job, Duely needs to process your data to make a decision whether an applicant is suitable for the available job at Duely.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, Duely needs your contact details to send the Newsletter.

What lawful basis do we use?

When you are a client, prospect or supplier, we rely on the following basis:

How long will we keep your data?

When you are a client, prospect or supplier, Duely will store your data for:

• One (1) month, in the case of leads
• Two (2) years since our last mutual contact, in the case of clients, testing partners, prospects, suppliers or partners

When you are a website visitor, Duely will store your data for:

• Necessary cookies are stored for up to 26 months
• Analytical cookies are stored for up to 24 months

When you're a Job Applicant, Duely will store your data for:

• Three (3) years since the conclusion of the application

When you're a Newsletter Subscriber, Duely will store your data for:

• 2 years

What are your rights?

• You have the right to request Duely for copies of your personal data
• You have the right to correct any personal data you believe is inaccurate
• You have the right to withdraw your consent, in this case Duely will delete your data
• You have the right to object to the processing of necessary cookies / business correspondence / personal data, in this case Duely will evaluate your request and erase your data if the objection is valid
• You have the right not to be subject to solely automated decision making
